Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Axeron's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and creators who publish content on the marketplace.

Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our services to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or to interfere with other users' access to the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual Property

The Axeron platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Axeron and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.

By publishing content to the Marketplace, you grant Axeron a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.

Marketplace and Creator Terms

Creators who publish agents or workflows to the Marketplace agree to keep their listings lawful, accurate, and free of harmful or deceptive content. Axeron reserves the right to review, decline, or remove any listing that violates these Terms of Service.

When another user deploys and runs your published team, you earn a share of the platform margin (the markup Axeron adds over the underlying model cost) on those runs — 40% by default. Earnings accrue only on runs by other users; your own test runs do not generate earnings.

Payments, Credits, and Payouts

Paid usage is funded by prepaid credits. You purchase credits through our payment processor (Stripe); top-ups are currently between $5 and $1,000 per transaction. Runs are metered and deducted from your credit balance: LLM usage in a run is billed at approximately 2× the underlying model's API price, GPU compute (training and merges) is billed on measured execution time, sandbox/tool compute is billed at cost, and runs executed with your own API keys are not marked up. The first uses of each feature are provided free of charge, and the interactive playgrounds are free to use.

Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by law, are not redeemable for cash, and are consumed as you run paid operations. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of remaining credits. We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

Creator earnings are paid out via Stripe Connect after you complete onboarding. A minimum balance (currently $50) is required to receive a payout, and earnings are subject to a short holding period before they become payable. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Text Messaging

Program: Axeron agent lines. Businesses on Axeron give their AI agents phone numbers that text people about questions and requests those people raised: replies, follow-ups after a call, and updates they asked for. No marketing messages are sent.

Consent: you opt in by texting or calling an agent's number, or by giving your number and asking to be texted. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to stop texts from that number. You may receive one message confirming this, and no further texts after it. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email support@axeron.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How phone numbers and messages are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Axeron provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axeron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Axeron in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
